About Us

Oliza begins with one family and three generations of olive oil making in the Hatay-Antakya region of Turkey, rooted in Eastern Mediterranean tradition.

Our grandfather began the family business in the 1950s. Today, the third generation carries that tradition forward - from our family’s olive farm to our factory, and now to kitchens across the United States.

In 2023, we began a new chapter in the U.S., bringing with us the ingredients and flavors that have always been part of our family’s table: Karamani olives and Hicaz pomegranates.

Oliza makes Extra Virgin Olive Oil, an EVOO and Olive Pomace High Heat Oil for cooking and 100% Pure Pomegranate Glaze - everyday staples inspired by the food we grew up with and the meals we love to share.

As we build a home here, we hope to bring Oliza to communities who share similar values: the joy of cooking, the importance of family and the way a good meal brings people together.
